Dinner for our friends, Jim and Anita Stanis and their guests. Here's what

my Mother used to make only at Mardi Gras and Easter. A flaky pie crust
filled with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Sausage, and this time, Pepperoni (I usually
use Genoa Salami).

Alsatian Onion tart - Homemade
Puff Pastry round, topped with Onions cooked in Chicken Stock and
Bacon.
