Reservations made in advance help us in a
number of ways.

It allows us to adequately provision. We buy
our meats fresh every few days because we don’t believe in freezing them.

We make our soups and sauces in small batches in
order to provide the freshest possible foods.

We appreciate being able to schedule around everyone
showing up at once. There is, after all, only one Chef in the kitchen,
doing all his own real-time prep work, the cooking, and pot cleaning. While
we appreciate your patronage, spontaneous arrivals of large groups do not
thrill the Chef.
The reward?

Make reservations at least a day in advance.

Arrive no later than 15 minutes after your reservation
time.

Order at least four Full Dinners.

The person who made the reservations receives a free
dessert.
