DINNER PARTIES
As any caterer will tell you, catering fees depend on the cost of the ingredients, and the complexity of the preparation. That being the case, it is impractical to list all the choices available for Dinner Parties. We've listed some samples to whet your appetite and convince you this isn't the standard fare in the area.If you have something particular in mind, please contact the Chef and arrange to talk about it. Charlie will be happy to make suggestions if you're unsure about what you're looking for.
You decide how many courses to offer, selecting from Appetizers, Soups, Salads, Entrees, Starches and Desserts. A small sampling of each is profiled here to provide you with the flavor of the cuisine.
Prices start at $10.75 per person.For giggles, I've uploaded the "Dinner Party Menus" for one of our Christmas Dinners with friends, and Dianna's and my 6th Anniversary.
