items are offered:

Remember, we'll be closed Christmas
Eve, Christmas Day, and the Day After Christmas (Boxing Day). Happy

FYI: Thursday's Soup will be Italian
Wedding Soup. There might even be a little on Wednesday, from a small
batch I'm making for a Dinner Party of 11. They're due to arrive at 6:30,
so you can plan accordingly.

Chicken w/Dried Tomatoes and Garlic

Breast pieces, lightly sautéed in butter, finished in Geeks Dried
Tomatoes and Garlic Chicken Sauce.

Steak Dianna - $13.50

Chef Charlie's rendition of the
classic, made with a 5 oz Filet Mignon. People have been asking for
this one.

Pork Loin w/Sauce Dianna - $11.75

Been a long time! This ultra
low-fat Pork Loin Roast is topped with the sauce Chef Charlie created for
his (now) Wife just after he met her 7 and a half years ago.

Lighter Fare Carnival Pie - $6.75
The Italian version of a Quiche.
This crusted pie is filled with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Provolone and Parmesan
Cheeses, Sausage and Genoa Salami. It's the Pie the Chef's Mom used to
make, rivaled only by the Pizza Rustica at New York's famous Pasticceria,
Ferrara's.

Lighter Fare Quiche Lorraine - $6.75

Chef Charlie takes the liberty of
adding Parmesan Cheese (hey, he's Italian) to this French classic Bacon
and Egg Custard Tart (of course he makes his own Pate Brisee.
